Welcome to CampusClarity, a service of LawRoom.com, Inc. (“CampusClarity”, “our”, or “we”).

Access Agreement

By accessing the CampusClarity website, which includes online courses and other materials (collectively called “CampusClarity”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use or access our website or courses. If you are an employee of the sponsor institution, you are not bound by these terms of use, but you are bound by those in the agreement between CampusClarity and the sponsor institution.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

Age Restrictions

CampusClarity is for use only by individuals who are fifteen (15) years of age or older who have enrolled in a post-secondary education program, or who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. CampusClarity is not for use by anyone under the age of thirteen (13) under any circumstances. By accessing CampusClarity, you warrant that you are 15 or older and enrolled in a post-secondary education program, or that you are 18 or older.

Limited License

CampusClarity grants you a temporary, non-transferable, limited license to access our website, content, and courses for your personal, noncommercial use. By registering to use CampusClarity, you agree that (1) you will keep your login credentials secret and secure because you alone are fully responsible for activity on your account, and (2) you will not knowingly:

  • use another person’s login credentials to access CampusClarity,
  • permit another person to use your login credentials CampusClarity,
  • provide any part of CampusClarity to anyone,
  • remove or modify any content or markings with CampusClarity’s copyright,
  • copy, modify, sell, distribute, rent, lease, loan, or sublicense any part of CampusClarity,
  • decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from CampusClarity,
  • store, download, compile, print, or otherwise preserve the CampusClarity,
  • review CampusClarity as a competitor to assess CampusClarity product design or content, or
  • use CampusClarity for any commercial purposes whatsoever or for any purpose other than your personal use as part of the training program at your school.

CampusClarity is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use, you may not reproduce, modify, or prepare derivative works based on, distribute, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or otherwise use CampusClarity.

Privacy & User Data

When you register to use our website, you are asked to provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, current information about who you are. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use this information and protect your privacy. You further agree that we may use this information as set forth in our Privacy Policy. CampusClarity cannot guarantee that our services are free from viruses or will never be hacked. By using CampusClarity, you understand and voluntarily accept the risk that you may suffer damages or loss of data.

Our website and our courses contain links to other websites. These linked sites are solely responsible for the content they provide. We do not endorse or imply any relationship with these sites, or make any representation about their content or its accuracy. Your use of the linked site is at your own risk, so you should review the sites’ terms of use and privacy policies.

Not Advice

CampusClarity’s content and courses are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide advice and do not offer solutions to individual problems. Limitation of Liability

CAMPUSCLARITY’S LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT CAMPUSCLARITYAND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR COURSES. Governing Law

Any dispute in connection with these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to the conflict of law rules.
Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, in our discretion. If we make a significant change to our Terms of Use, we will update this webpage and post a notice on our homepage so that you can review the change. Any such changes will be effective immediately once we post them to our website. You should review these Terms of Use from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of our terms.

Severability & Waiver

If any part of this Terms of Use is declared invalid, it will not invalidate the remaining parts, which continue unaffected and binding. If either Party fails to enforce any provision in this Terms of Use or waives any default, it does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce a similar occurrence later.

Sale or Change of Control

In the event of a sale or change of control of CampusClarity or its parent company, or the sale of substantially all of CampusClarity’s assets, all of CampusClarity’s rights shall be transferable without notice to you.

Limited Relationship

Nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales relationship, or employment relationship between you and CampusClarity. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

Right to Deny Access

CampusClarity reserves the right to deny access to any user if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the user is opening an incomplete or completed course excessively or using the course in any way CampusClarity believes threatens its business interests.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between the users and CampusClarity, and replaces any other statements or agreements.
